Our Process

1/ Let’s Meet

  • Let us learn more about you, the property where the sale will take place and items for sale

  • We’ll review an overview of our services, general timing, our contract and pricing

2/ The Discovery Process

  • We’ll prepare to stage the sale by sorting, organizing, cleaning and arranging all items and taking pictures

 

3/Pricing the Sale

  • We take special care to ensure that each and every sale item is appropriately priced based on comparable items, previous sales, auctions and resource books

  • When needed we partner with specialists who are well versed in art, jewelry, artifacts, silver, furniture and more

 

4/Promoting the Sale

  • We want lots of buyers at your sale, so we use a variety of marketing tactics to get the word out, including placing road signs in key locations around the sale, feature on estatesales.net, Craigslist, Facebook and other social media outlets to attract potential buyers

 

5/ The Sale

  • Our staff is professional, courteous and respectful of your home and belongings

  • When needed, we’ll provide security 

 

6/ Post-Sale Recap and Final Check-In

  • Once the sale is done, we will provide you with an overview of all items sold and remove and clean up the staging areas

  • If needed, we can provide a quote for a clean-out of the property or for arranging donations to local groups

  • We always follow-up with clients to ensure the sale was run to their liking and to receive any feedback to help us for future sales. After all, our reputation is dependent on your happiness!
